Ardmore Trailer, Inc. respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

When you fill in our Contact or Get a Quote form, we receive the details you type in:

Your name, phone number and email address
Your company name, if you give one
Your delivery location, the equipment you're interested in and your message or notes

We also receive the information you share when you call, text, email or message us on WhatsApp.

We do not ask for payment card details on this website.

Your Location and ZIP Code

Some parts of this website can find your town for you — the "Delivering to" box at the top of the page and the "Use my location" button on our forms.

We only use your location if you allow it. Your browser asks first, and you can say no and type a ZIP code or town instead.
We use it only to find your town or address. To do that, our website sends your ZIP code or map position to a map lookup service run by OpenStreetMap, which returns the matching town and address. We don't keep your map position.
Your town is remembered on your own device, in your browser's storage, so you don't have to enter it again and our forms can fill it in for you. It is not stored on our servers unless you send it to us in a form. You can change it at any time, or remove it by clearing your browser's site data.
We deliver only in the United States, so locations outside the U.S. are not saved.

Maps

Our town pages show a map from OpenStreetMap. When the map loads, your browser connects to OpenStreetMap's servers, which receive standard information such as your IP address, as described in OpenStreetMap's own privacy policy.

How We Use Your Information

We use your details only to run our business with you:

To answer your questions and prepare quotes
To arrange rentals, sales, deliveries and pickups
To send you a confirmation that we received your request
To handle billing and keep the records the law requires

We Never Sell Your Information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run this website and our email (for example our website host and email provider), and only so they can do that work for us — or when the law requires it.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising cookies. The only cookie it sets is a sign-in cookie used by our own staff. Your browser's storage is used only to remember your delivery town, as explained above. If we add website statistics in the future (such as Google Analytics), we will update this page.
