Terms & Conditions

At Ardmore Trailer, Inc., these terms explain how renting, buying and rent-to-own work. They are a summary — your signed rental, sales or rent-to-own agreement always takes priority over this page.

Quotes & Pricing

• Quotes are free and valid for the period stated on the quote.
• Prices depend on the unit, rental length, delivery distance and site conditions.
• Taxes, delivery and pickup charges are shown on your quote or agreement.

Rental Period & Payment

• The rental period starts on the delivery date and ends when the unit is picked up.
• Rent is billed in advance for each rental period, as set out in your agreement.
• A deposit may be required before delivery.
• Late payments may result in late fees or pickup of the unit.

Delivery & Pickup

• You are responsible for clear, safe access to the delivery spot, with level, firm ground and enough room for our truck.
• Please tell us in advance about gates, overhead wires, soft ground or other obstacles.
• If we can't deliver or pick up because of site conditions, an extra trip charge may apply.
• Units must be empty, clean and accessible on the pickup date.

Using the Equipment

• Use the unit only for its intended purpose and at the agreed address.
• Do not move, modify, paint or sublet the unit without our written permission.
• Do not store hazardous, flammable, illegal or perishable goods (except in refrigerated units).
• Keep the unit locked and secure. You are responsible for its contents.

Refrigerated Units

• You are responsible for providing suitable power for electric units, and fuel where the agreement says so.
• Please check the set temperature regularly and call us right away if there's a problem.
• We are not responsible for the contents of a unit, including spoiled goods.

Damage, Loss & Insurance

• The unit is your responsibility from delivery until pickup.
• You will be charged for damage beyond normal wear and tear, cleaning, or loss of the unit.
• We recommend that your business insurance covers rented equipment and its contents.

Purchases & Rent-to-Own

Sales and rent-to-own terms — including payments, ownership transfer and early buy-out — are set out in your written agreement.

Cancellations

Please let us know as early as possible if you need to cancel or change a delivery. Cancellation charges may apply once a unit has been dispatched.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the rental, as far as the law allows. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or spoiled goods.

Using This Website

• General information only. We work to keep this website accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not an offer. Prices, availability, sizes, features and delivery areas are confirmed only in your written quote or agreement.
• Photos and measurements. Photos may show a similar unit rather than the exact one you receive, and sizes and dimensions are approximate — ask us if exact measurements matter.
• Distances. Distances shown on our town pages are approximate straight-line miles from our Ardmore yard, not driving distances.
• Local rules. Some cities, neighborhoods and property owners have rules about where a container or trailer can be placed. Please check with them before delivery; information on this website is not legal or permit advice.
• Guides and calculators. Our articles, checklists and figures (such as OSHA toilet counts or pallet capacity) are general guidance. Check the official source for your own situation.
• Links to other websites. Links and maps from other companies are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
• Our content. The text, photos, logo and design of this website belong to Ardmore Trailer, Inc.. Please don't copy them without our written permission.
• No guarantee of availability. The website may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors; we may update or correct it at any time without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
